As a Skribble user, you must comply with the following principles of lawful use:
1. Subject matter and scope
1.1 In order to sign a document electronically in a qualified manner, a strong authentication of the signatory and a signature created by a certified service, a so-called “certification authority”, are required. Skribble will integrate these two components into its service with various trusted partners who meet the requirements of ZertES and/or eIDAS, in order to create QES in the simplest possible way.
1.2 These Terms of Use apply to the use of Skribble by you as a user. A user is someone who opens an account under Skribble.
1.3 In addition to these terms of use, the terms of data protection and the terms of the provider of certification services apply.
2. General rules for handling the account
2.1 Every user is undertakes to treat information and personal data confidentially and to ensure that they are protected from third party access. The user undertakes to take appropriate precautions when using desktop and mobile devices and when using printouts.
2.2 Users shall ensure that their login information is kept secret at all times to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to Skribble.

2.4. Attempted or actual unauthorised access to Skribble may result in civil and criminal prosecution.
2.5 Users may not use the platform in any unauthorized manner. In particular, the customer and users:
2.5.1 may not use Skribble in any manner that infringes any copyright, database right, trademark, right to confidentiality or any other intellectual property right, or violates any data protection, privacy or other personal rights of any third party;
2.5.2 may not use Skribble for commercial purposes outside the scope specified by Skribble;
2.5.3 may not import malicious software (such as viruses, malware, trojans, viruses, scripts), other computer code, files or programs (such as browsers with scraping or crawling functions) into Skribble;
2.5.4 may not send unsolicited mass mailings (SPAM, mail bombs, etc.).
2.6 Users may not impersonate any person or falsely impersonate any organization. Neither may they falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with or relationship to any organization.
2.7 Users independently secure data in their account. Skribble does not owe any data availability.
2.8 Users acknowledge the right of Skribble to disclose data from their user account to the customer (usually the employer of the user) if it appears that the user in question has misused Skribble to disseminate criminal or infringing information.
